Our Mission

At Rampage Performance, our mission is simple: help rugby and boxing athletes unlock their full athletic potential with science-backed, battle-tested training systems.

We believe performance isn’t just about lifting more weight or running more miles. It’s about building a body and mind that can handle the collision, the pace, and the pressure of the game.

About the Coach

 

Rampage Performance was founded by Wade Dickinson: a lifelong athlete, rugby player, boxing S&C coach, firefighter, and performance specialist.


  • Amateur boxing S&C coach with years of experience building fighters for the ring.
  • Rugby background that forged an obsession with contact sport conditioning: tackling harder, sprinting faster, and lasting longer.
  • Certified coach with expertise in sports performance, strength and conditioning, and athlete development.
  • Firefighter by profession: trained to perform under pressure, in high-stakes, physically demanding environments.


Wade built Rampage Performance to give athletes what he wished he had: a complete system designed to maximize performance, reduce injuries, and make athletes ruthless competitors.
